Ceramika Paradyż has been awarded the title of the best-managed private company in Poland. The leading manufacturer of ceramic tiles in the country was among the winners of the Best Managed Companies contest. The purpose of the prestigious title established in 1993 by Deloitte Private in Canada is to award companies that achieve high results thanks to the best management standards. This year, the Polish edition of the programme was held for the first time. The winners were presented their awards during the final gala in Warsaw.
It is a great honour to receive the statuette confirming that Ceramika Paradyż has been awarded the title of the Best-Managed Company, which demonstrates the recognition and high level of the organisational culture, operational successes and entrepreneurial spirit of our organisation. According to our score, our management standards do not differ from those of the best Western companies. This has been confirmed by an independent commission of experts from Deloitte and well-known economic companies and universities, which compared the activities to the work standards of hundreds of companies from around the world. We have been put under meticulous scrutiny; our competences, processes and strategy have been carefully analysed with an emphasis on the practical dimension compared to the list of the best-managed private companies in the world. In Poland, we are at the very top of this list due to winning the first edition of Best Managed Companies Poland. We have therefore joined the world's leaders, creating together the BMC community that sets the highest management standards. It is extremely important for us to respect the key values of Ceramika Paradyż: courage, respect, openness and care in our development. I would like to thank all my colleagues for their constant willingness to develop and their openness to change. This is your award.
