Nearly 80 new products, digitisation of business processes, provision of charity aid and launching a globally innovative investment worth over PLN 125 million. The Polish family business summarises the endeavours undertaken last year and presents ambitious plans for the future.
Undoubtedly, 2020 will be remembered by enterprises as difficult and unpredictable in terms of business. The company quickly switched its mode of operation to a crisis scenario, adapting to the new reality and introducing the necessary procedures and preventive measures. Thanks to this, today we can confidently say that we have successfully faced the challenges. Moreover, we managed to create a strong foundation to thrive in the current year

The investment we have started is a milestone for the development of the company and the entire ceramic industry. Its completion is our main goal for 2021. This project will allow us to create at least 62 jobs and meet the needs of new distribution channels and customers. Thanks to it we will be able to offer on the market an unprecedented range of large-sized ceramic tiles with decorative effects visible throughout the entire ceramic mass – even after mechanical processing of edges. The products manufactured employing this innovative pressing technology with simultaneous "throughout" decoration can reach the size of 1800 x 3200 mm and thickness of up to 30 mm, and their structure, quality, durability and other functional parameters will be an improvement over natural materials, such as stone. It will be an improvement because the visual effects will be identical to the natural material, and the flaws or internal defects occurring in nature will be eliminated in the production process.
In addition to a huge investment, we have a number of ambitious plans. We also want to increase the efficiency of our operations, improve the business standards and strengthen the relationships with our partners, as well as effectively manage the market exposure. We will also continue the digitisation and automation of the processes essential for the functioning of the company, also in terms of sales. There is lot of work and a long list of tasks in front of us, but I am sure that thanks to proper preparation and reliable teamwork, we will be able to successfully achieve all our goals
