Perły Ceramiki UE 2020 awarded. 8 stauettes for Ceramica Paradyż

Ceramika Paradyż was once again awarded in the prestigious Perły Ceramiki UE competition. This year, the company's products received as many as 8 awards. The award ceremony and the meeting with the winner's representatives took place on 16 February in Warsaw.

The Perły Ceramiki UE competition has been organised continuously since 2004 by the Wokół Płytek Ceramicznych quarterly. CAD Projekt K&A has been the competition's partner since 2012, and this year's edition was also held under the honorary patronage of the Association of Polish Architects (SARP – Stowarzyszenie Architektów Polskich). Its main goal is to promote products that stand out on the market due to their quality and unique design.

In this year’s competition, the elegant, unique Wonderstone collection and the Craftland collection referencing nature with its graphics of cracked wood were particularly appreciated. Both proposals won two statuettes each: Perła Ceramiki UE 2020 and Perła Dystrybutorów 2020. The Perła Ceramiki UE 2020 title was also awarded to other implementations of this Polish manufacturer from last year. Among them were the Granddust and Moondust collections, which are part of the cement-inspired Home of Concrete set. The Wildland collection and the Smoothstone collection from the latest Home of Stone set inspired by precious stones, were also awarded due to their captivating wooden board graphics. The awards were collected on behalf of the company by Dr. Anna Tępińska-Marcinek – the co-owner and a member of the Management Board of Ceramika Paradyż, and Aldona Chudzicka - the director of the product development department at Ceramika Paradyż.

Throughout three plus decades of being on the market, Ceramika Paradyż has been distinguished many times in the most important Polish and international design competitions. In 2020 alone, the collections of this Polish manufacturer received the prizes of Perła Ceramiki UE, Bronze A'Design Award 2020, must have, Design dla Konesera, Dobry Wzór 2020 and a nomination for EDIDA (ELLE Decoration International Design Awards).
